Linda Perneau

President and Chief Executive Officer

Linda Perneau has over 25 years of experience as a senior executive in the staffing industry.  She currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Volt Information Sciences, a publicly-traded $1B global organization.  Throughout her career, she has held a variety of senior executive sales and operational roles at numerous leading staffing companies.

Ms. Perneau has developed a reputation for building high-performance teams that meet and exceed financial goals and expectations.  She is known as a strategic and entrepreneurial thinker with proven experience in establishing solid “go to market” strategies, setting and communicating a clear vision and goals, and executing and delivering outstanding results.  She has been selected to participate in several international leadership programs, including the prestigious IMD International Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the London School of Business.  Her vast experience spans start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, geography expansions, and turning around under-performing markets and organizations.   

Paul Tomkins

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Paul Tomkins has been our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since March 2015. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Tomkins served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Reader’s Digest Association, Inc., where he oversaw all aspects of finance and accounting and played an integral role in managing a number of important non-core business divestitures. Prior to his role at Reader’s Digest, Mr. Tomkins spent 27 years at AT&T, where he most recently served as the Vice President and Controller of AT&T Business Solutions and previously held a number of other financial management positions. Mr. Tomkins is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the NJ Society of CPAs, and FEI. He earned his MBA with an emphasis in International Finance from Seton Hall University.

Nancy Avedissian

Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Nancy Avedissian has been our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since October 2016. Prior to joining Volt, Ms. Avedissian served as General Counsel and Vice President, Legal Affairs at Worldwide Clinical Trials, where she served as the chief legal advisor to a leading contract research organization. Ms. Avedissian led a multi-jurisdictional team and focused on corporate law & governance, commercial transactions, corporate & regulatory compliance, policymaking and providing counsel to the company’s senior management team. Ms. Avedissian spent the first ten years of her career as a transactional attorney in the Global Corporate Group at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, a leading international law firm. At Milbank, she focused on middle market mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, restructurings, corporate governance and the general representation of corporate clients. Ms. Avedissian received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine, and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Law Review. She is a member of the California bar and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Lori Schultz

Chief Global Solutions Officer

An effective and strategic leader, Lori Schultz has over twenty-eight years of workforce management and staffing industry experience, and a proven track record of collaborating with industry leaders and Fortune 500 companies to develop and implement strategic workforce solutions that fuel growth. She has a proven track record leading business turn-arounds and transformations. Schultz has experience leading global operations across the Americas, Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Having built, mentored, and retained professional teams at industry-leading global workforce solutions firms, Ms. Schultz is a tireless and motivated leader. Prior to joining Volt, she served as Senior Vice President for Pontoon’s MSP and RPO group, running operations in excess of $5 billion. She has also served as Global President of Yoh, Senior Vice President for Ajilon IT Consulting and Senior Vice President for Adecco Engineering & Technical. Throughout her many years of workforce solutions leadership, she has continuously led and cultivated high-performing sales and operations teams, and developed and executed new growth strategies to sustain and increase revenue.

Ms. Schultz is a steward for the industry’s thought leadership, regularly speaking at industry events about the ever-evolving contingent workforce and the talent management strategies that will propel today’s companies’ future success. She is personally committed to mentoring and developing women and lends her time to provide insight and advice through women’s business panels and has served as a Board Member for the American Staffing Association and Senior Advisor for technology and consulting companies.

Chris Kelly

Senior Vice President, Strategic Solutions

Ms. Kelly brings over 25 years of industry experience at high-performance companies, including Apple One, Spherion, Randstad, and most recently, Nelson, where she was Vice President, Strategic Sales, responsible primarily for enterprise-wide sales efforts. Before joining Nelson, Ms. Kelly was National Sales Director for the West at Spherion/Randstad, where she utilized her expertise to deliver successful and customized solutions to each client.

Lenny Naujokas

Chief Accounting Officer and Controller

Lenny Naujokas has been our Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since January 2017 and our Assistant Corporate Controller from August 2012 until January 2017. From January 2011 until August 2012, he was Senior Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Monster Worldwide, Inc. Prior to 2011 he was Controller - Enterprise Solutions Business at Motorola Solutions, Inc., Corporate Accounting Manager at Arrow Electronics, Inc. and Assurance Manager for KPMG, LLP. He is an active Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs. Mr. Naujokas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. John’s University.

Bob Houghton

Chief Information Officer

Mr. Houghton joins Volt with over 25 years of experience in information technology, spending the past eight years at NetApp, Inc., a Fortune 500 hybrid cloud data services and data management company, where he most recently served as Chief Information Officer - West. Over his career, Mr. Houghton has successfully designed, implementated and operationalized mission-critical strategies and IT systems for global enterprises.

Mr. Houghton is a hands-on executive with a deep foundation in technology and software development, as well as infrastructure redesign & optimization. Having effectively implemented ERP projects for other companies, he has pertinent experience to maximize the efficiencies and functionality of Volt’s recently upgraded enterprise technology systems.

Previously, Mr. Houghton served as Chief Information Officer & VP of Information Technology at Smith Micro, where he led a team of technology professionals and managed all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure and operations. His prior experience also includes the roles of CIO and CTO at RealtyTrac, Inc. and DDi Global, Inc., as well as being promoted to CIO and Vice President during his eight year tenure at Western Digital Corporation.

Mr. Houghton holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Science from the University of Maryland. Since 2004, he has been a member of University of California, Irvine’s Center for Digital Transformation and its CIO roundtable.

Kevin Hannon

Vice President and Treasurer

Kevin Hannon has been our Vice President and Treasurer since March 2015. Previously, he was our Assistant Treasurer since January 2008. Prior to joining Volt, Mr. Hannon was an Assistant Treasurer and Finance Manager with Atlas Copco North America, Inc., and also gained extensive financial regulatory experience as a bank examiner with the US Treasury Department. In addition to undergraduate degrees in Business and Economics, Mr. Hannon obtained his MBA from Rutgers Business School in Strategic Management and Finance, and he also has the CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation.
